Door Bending System

- Role : Door Bending System is used to correct doors which are outside of the quality limits (± 0.75mm) and inside the correctable limits of ± 3.6mm.

- Benefit : Door Bending System increases the overall quality of the doors.

- Major Components : Door Bending System includes the followings.
1) Two Robots which directly bend the door frames,
2) Two sensor and one EC panel inside Sensor Controller which measure the arrived door frame displacement from the reference positions,
3) One private Ethernet switch which transfer the proprietary defined Ethernet TCP/IP packets and
4) One Server PC which manage this system.
